easy answer: more proteins in your diet + do less reps with always increasing weight, aka max out all the time
example with bench press: if i would like to have better muscle definition, i would do 4 sets x 12 reps with 70-75% of my max weight
from the other side to bulk up i would go 3 sets x 8 reps with 95% of my max bench press weight
take a lot of proteins on breakfast and lunch, do not exclude fat food, you need it too, but don't over do it
rest well between sets and different exercises and don't be afraid to push yourself over your limits

Aren't you like 18 or 19? If so, time. Some people struggle to put on weight until early 20s, I have a few friends that this happened to.

i am 17
i've heard that, i guess im impatient..i've started eating like 5x full meals a day and only gained a few lbs in the past few weeks
i know even though i'm trying to gain weight i have to watch what i eat but i eat unhealthy fatning stuff hoping it will stick

i'm probably approaching it all wrong but i will learn

They just don't eat enough.

Just workout and eat a lot of food, I dont feel like going into super detail, but a gallon of milk a day is good

Junk food is higher in sugar then it is fat.

Eating foods high in fat/protein is the best way to go imo.

when wind blows, do you need to hold on on something so wind wouldn't blow you away?

Honestly benching your weight is nothing...you're both over 6 ft so you probably have real long arms but still that's nothing.

need days off to let muscle recover and build, so work diff muscle groups on diff days...like have a day at least apart from each time you would bench for instance
