Eoc is actually p gud. Even if you want to go back to the hold combat they give you a freebie version of
having perm turmoil on now called momentum. Animations aren't bad either.

Not sure how to reconcile the new prayers only halving damage though along with the EEE not being a "freebie" to use overloads.
