I've been playing since I was 17, so about 5 and 1/2 years. Right now I mostly practice on my cheap little squire bullet

My other babies:

Epiphone SG-G400

Alvarez RF8 (My first)

The SG is for black sabbath, tool and AC/DC kinda shit, the strat is for hendrix, zeppelin and everything else.
The acoustic is for the ladies. If you play some bullshit and sing too like Howie Day, Oasis and Jack Johnson for them their panties just fall off. Trust me.

I know there are other guitarists on here, so make me jealous!

Epiphone is the perfect guitar for a baller on a budget, sir. It's made by gibson, ofc.

Very sexy. I'm liking the positioning of the knobs on the hollow body. And I bet you paid a pretty penny for that fender.. it looks like its got some character.

59' ?

that's a $500,000 guitar. Top 5 dream list.

and no, i didn't pay a pretty price on the fender. in fact, it's a squire strat from 84', but all the parts (in the harness) are 100% fender originals.

Yep, that SG is my baby! My first electric.. sadly, it was a bad idea for one of my firsts the neck was too fat and heavy and it didn't help my development much. When I bought the strat though, it seemed like I knew what I was doing. Hah

Pretty penny as in all of my guitars were 400 bucks and cheaper. My strat is atleast 10 years old, I bought it at a pawn shop and its amazing. I'd do anything for User Image
That guitar was held by Mr. James Marshall Hendrix himself.

my dad met jimi hendrix before he had a big name. my dad was in LA for some work to help sort out guys who were pretty fucked up on drugs and on the way into a building he met jimi hendrix. apparently he was nice and obviously he told my dad his name. i'm not sure if he was going by jimi hendrix by then or if he was going by his real name b/c my dad never disambiguated it.
