Slayer with smoking kills done is awesome. Makes it much easier or profitable, whichever one appeals to you more.

died to the bansee queen on smoking kills

had her to half, no troubles
the 4 ranged spawn, still no trouble
get her to a sliver of green left, i immediately start taking hits all hits (aka no zeros)
i eat about 6 monks as fast as possible

bye bye pennance arm/obby cape/ring of charos lololol

why i died: when the adds popped up i thought i switched to ranged, i misclicked and it never actually changed. i realize that in hindsight.

ie im pro qq nn pennance arm ever again.
