Its really weird I mean like my leg does not hurt or have pain in it, but certain motions with it still feel "weird" for lack of a better word. I cant really describe it but it does not hurt persay...

Did squats today, 135x10 185x5 225x5 and while I feel somewhat sore/stiff due to not doing them for awhile it felt ok, I guess I will see how it feels tomorrow/sunday...

Prior to taking the 6-8 weeks off I was at a 3x305-315 squat, and I dropped that down to a 265x5 to start 5/3/1, do you or dustin think I should lower it even more just to take it slowly going back up or the 40-50lb drop should be good for restarting?

It might just be a mental thing.
Just remember to take your time.
I think you should just put 265 on the bar and see how many times you can get it, if you can get it 5 then start /w that.
Don't pull a number out your ass, b/c you might be stronger or weaker, try it out and see.

I was going to test the 265 today but gym is closed for easter...FK

I guess I will start 5/3/1 tomorrow with press and do squats to get the # for friday when I plan to do them...
