this movie somewhat disappointed me - I now have to find a copy of the original and compare. While I was on edge most of the movie, it just didn't satisfy me in a way horror movies usually do. It wasn't overly bloody, acting wasn't terrible, but I feel like I was left questioning a lot of things.

Overall I give it a MEH, not worth paying for.

i'm glad they gave at least a loose explanation of what caused the craziness. i thought the ending was kind of lame - they left it wide open for a sequel

worst case of "wtf how is that intact" is tom cruises van in war of the worlds when airplanes crashed out of the sky and there isnt a building standing and he just jumps in his van and drives off
