Hello everyone, I've reached a goal of mine, I was shooting to get this in Nov, but I got it about 8 months ahead of time, so it works out good.

I'm 20 years old, about 185 pounds, and this is my first time using knee wraps..this is 100% raw, with a belt and wraps only, and a huge PR for me, and a great mental block breaker too.

My name is John Sirmons(Just wana start getting my name out there)

Anyway, just wanted to share this video, I know my form is not 100% perfect, but if it's a true max attempt, your form won't be.

Thanks for watching, and if you like the video, please rate and comment it, I'd like to get a bit more publicity on youtube.

Thanks and enjoy!

john, apply to olympics heavy weight team and since usa don't have any dissent participant in any weight class you'll have a good chance to get in
i'm half serious here, rest is up to your ambitions

500 at 185(181 and 198 are the weightclasses) is impressive but not olympic level.

A couple of things about the lift:
-Thought you went way below legal, making it harder then it should of been.
-If you want the lift to be counted as raw in a contest you can wear a belt and knee sleeves but not wraps.

Wraps can be wore in my fed.
Either way it doesn't matter, first time I wore them, and I'm not gona wear them except if I only do 1 rep attempts. aka at a meet.

Vogan, I'd rather PL than Olympic lift any day of the week, that may change in the future, but for now I only wana get stronk

Thanks Rew, they will never learn though. lol

Thanks Dan, 505 is next.
