holy caps lock, and since I just completed deload week it would be wave 3 week 1, if it was heavy week i dont think i could do it but I think that since its the first week I should be able to

I know its not much but since starting ive gained 10 lbs on DL (started at 375x5 max roughly since I never really checked it 100% after lol leg injury), and with dropping almost 20lbs since starting 5/3/1 and lifts still going up for some I feel pretty good, just wish that squat was not being such a bitch but I am resigned to that not going up as well since I am cutting weight which hurts overall lift weight

Walked 3.6 miles on the treadmill this morning just so i didnt feel like I wasted the day, gonna slowly get back into walking/jogging soon possibly, but cant just jump right back into the walking long distances everyday cuz nn shin splints

You got some strong ass legs and back. So 31 lbs by November? Eat clean and that shit is cake with the way you've been hitting the gym. Any supplementation right now? What's the diet look like? I'd probably try and move cardio off your lifting days.

Diet is usually pretty clean minus dinner not being great sometimes, usually chicken brown rice and veggies, have 1-2 protein shakes a day if i dont have time to cook or afford food to eat/get lazy

And yeah I mean the goal of 225 is just one I set in september 09 really, it depends on how I feel/look then, I might go to 215 or lower depending on things...but I feel it is manageable and doable

My lifting sched is Day 1 - Mil press, Day 2 - DL, Day 3 off, Day 4 - bench, Day 5 Squat and then sometimes I go to the gym and walk on the treadmill sat/sun or just ride my bike around town a some...and doing 5/3/1 for the last 12 weeks

Animal Pak is vn1. If John laughs it's because his penis is small. :donno: I can't back up the penis thing. I've always been a non responder to creatine, though most pre workout supps have it in there. Thought about designing my own pre-workout supp tbh.

Tried Jack3d today; I think I'm in love. Going to add some miconized creatine...just because holding out hope one of these days my body will like it enough to make it worthwhile.

Currently I'm on the pak (2x on workout days, 1x off days). Jack3d pre-workout. Fish oil caps and glucosamine daily (highly recommend both, they're cheap and very good for you).

Adding creatine and probably glutamine post workout. CLA might be a good idea for you as far as helping you shed some lbs. Chromium was supposed to be good too, had some studies showing it worked. Then had some showing it didn't... now :donno:. Haven't read up on it in years.

Also: Dan was my inspiration today at the gym...I clearly was feeling like shit once I started lifting thanks to meni-meni drinks this past weekend, and I pushed through as much as I could, because, well, he would have. Dudes been a machine as far as being consistently going in and giving it his best effort. To not do the same would have been an insult.

Thanks Dan for forcing me to man up and still at least get something done.

Thanks man, stayed roughly even for the 4 days of not so great eating while home from thursday thru monday night...And yeah I guess it had been quite awhile since I saw eric.

It just doesn't register to me how much of a change has happened really but I do notice it

Good to know I can offer some kind of help aside from me posting my useless shit in here

And I cut back on drinking tremendously but even after a night of drinking if I have to lift I will do whatever i can at the gym partly because I shouldnt drink so much and to remind me why not too...

And I am still not sold on the CLA shit, seems it would be better to just get ephedra or something similar...and do you have any links to products with CLA in it? I am really lazy and I mean I might give it a try but donno
