worth it if you can get a deal but i don't know if they would make promises out of the blue and i also don't think you're actually heavy enough for them to be able to cash in on any changes. if you totally beast out or something, i guess maybe you could land a joe to pro type of thing. may as well see if you can get something if you like the idea, but you might not be in rough enough shape.

the routine im doing calls for 2 warm up sets high reps and then one heavy set of 6-8reps to failure...

routine is dec bench/inc db press/db fly/db conc curl/bb curl

I have hope and will try to continue to lose fat and put on muscle...I think if I do have to go through the police academy that I will be in good shape by the time its over..

Taking this week off somewhat aside from just doing some pushups and situps and stretching since I am at home and no access to the gym.

Feel like I raped my upper body, feels good...now to study and shit for presentation tonight and final tomorrow...almost done...

I my hip is doing better but behind my knee almost feels like a low hamstring issue is tight and hurts almost constantly, probably from overcompansating when hip was hurting...going to ice it and get a wrap for it and see if that helps, unless anyone has any other suggestions aside from stretching and ice (lookin at you here mainly rew since you claim to be a PT or etc)

cant run currently, my hip and knee are bad so i havent even been doing leg lifts aside from a bit here and there but not squatting or deadlifting which sucks a huge one...

going to an orthopedic at end of jan now that i have insurance...hoping to be running and shit asap
