Either way, those are some pretty nice before/after pictures. Big improvement, you must feel a lot better in general, which is awesome.


Starting weight was around 340-345, now at steadyish 240-245, need to cut more and now that I am starting to run and eat right again I think it will. Have extra skin on stomach.

Main goal now is to be in shape for either federal academy or local pd academy

Very impressive 100 lbs weight loss.
Losing weight is 80% diet, so just remember that. And the extra skin will be a bugger to get rid of. I think you either give it lots of time or get surgery to get rid of. I haven't looked into much about it so am not too knowledgeable.
What's 'in shape' and when is the academies? Is there like a time frame or just whenever?

Been pushups and shit due to work and gym hours not working. Might get new gym after the race since I miss lifting dearly :(

Benched today and did semi light work today for the first real lifting in like 2-3 months, feels really good

Gotta get back into it steadily and not rush it, also need to get my mile run time down to roughly 8mins per mile
