I just put those for whatever, but supposedly it works super n1 with Teemo.
I put it on Mundo on the 1 match I played with him. Proelbay would have been better if I wasn't solo most of the time, but I went with a few HP/HP Regen items and I was only killed twice by 3v1 ganking. I pushed two top towers early on by myself around lvl 9-10 and then got focus'd, gave John time to stomp the bottom.

ive just kind of dismissed rally completely since they nerfed it. it used to heal also
as teemo i go ignite/clarity, just cause his mana is so poor and i dont like tele'ing back that often
i would put flash or ghost or ignite with cho'gath too, why not. more mobility as a giant fuck, or more damage
w/e

Yeah.
Definitely like little Teemo, too bad we lost the game I had with them because my team completely fucking sucked. Mainly Joe (rage quit Ventrilo like 8 minutes into the game) and the two other randoms, John and I were curbstomping.
