445 - 450
You can continue to make [Daunting Legplates], but the recipe will be green. Other option is to craft epic items for other players, or you can buy the materials and try to sell the crafted items on the Auction House

^^^^
The above is from a random guide on Google.
I'm 438, going to go to 445. How do I craft epic items for other player? Do I need to go buy the recipes or something?

Just make the epic items that require Titansteel, bars only cost about 80g (depending on server).

Ya, 80g per bar pretty much here. Damn.
Should I make my own gear for when I am level 80 and just bank it now? (Am a level 73 BE Pally)
Or should I just try to successfully sell it on the AH?

Either way, up to you. Do you want the gear or the money?

You're going to need at least some blues out of normal dungeons if you want to get into heroics immediately, or you're going to have to make at least a blue quality crafted set for yourself.

Hm ya.
I made the Tempered Helm/Boot and the Shield Wall for myself. And made 2 other Shield Walls to try to sell.
And just so you know, they arent blues, they're purples. So I believe that makes them better then what you are thinking, dunno though.

You only need the blue quality gear set to get into Heroics. But I know you need to make the purples to level BS.

Ah ok. Also, another question for you.
Is there any way to time the Wintergrasp essence buff I get when I do dungeons? Sometimes I have it for 10 dungeons sometimes I dont have it at all. Is there a time when it's only active?

You have the buff when your faction wins Wintergrasp. When your faction has the buff, you will be defending Wintergrasp keep from the other faction the next time the battle takes place. When you do not have the buff, you will be attacking Wintergrasp keep and attempting to take it away from the other faction.

Normally, on semi balanced servers, the attackers should generally win (it's much harder to defend successfully than it is to attack).

tl;dr = WG is every 2.5 hours, win = have buff

Ah ok, makes perfect sense.
Is there any way to tell you have WG aka the buff without going into a dungeon?

the buff should be on you wherever you are in northrend as long as your faction controls it.
