Why not just have russian roulette competitions with the +1 button for a chance to qti. It could be a monthly event and there is a 1% chance it happens and you get an extra .20 fps or something every time you successfully don't qti. The thing is though, if you qti, you lose all your fps gained in a 24 hour period.
