It makes a 'shareable' folder on your PC, can upload and share whatever with whoever. Pretty cool way to share music, my brother just introduced me to this.

I found the catch, 2gig of space available for free and 9.99 per month for 50 gigs

Still you can make pretty good use of 2 gigs to swap stuff between people you know
