does the tweaked white guy with the colostomy bag have AIDS?

lot of subtleties in this show, i like it that they dont serve their plot in the most obvious dialogue possible

the two things i said are separate thoughts

it came off to me like he was also implying he had aids, which was what the pills were for

the show is great because it doesnt try to be hollywood about the plot, it just tells an ongoing story of cops and criminals and misc parts of a city
