synthetic vitamins =/= natural
synth vit = crap = a way for pharma concerns to make money out of thin air
why would you take pills in first place?

the only reason it would be a bad idea is that sometimes vitamins can cause some stomach discomfort and alcohol is well documented to do the same

but otherwise probably not

do you had any particular deficiency in the first place? or you (anyone) taking them just because someone "respectful" told you so?
and if you had any deficiency, how did you find out about it?

you take vitamins to ensure you get all you need that you might not by food alone

maybe you eat a perfectly balanced diet and get all the nutrients you need but I know I don't

either way they are cheap and very little effort, pretty low downside to taking them imo

no, its not that
few weeks ago we had dietology and we all had to do some calculations based on our own diet
so i've had to document everything i ate, how much of it and at what time
then there is a software to count all this and gives you a result
i tell you, it very hard for a person who lives in industry developed country to have any sort of deficiency
ofc there is some exceptions, like here in nordic countries there is typical vitamin D deficiency and all that not because we eat less of fat fish (major deposit of D vitamin), but because sun shine not the whole year around here

besides that i can almost guarantee that even if you personally have any deficiency it is not on the levels that you should worry about

There is a HUGE difference in developing a deficiency and intaking all the nutrients you should vitamin and mineral wise...just because you say maybe only get 50-75% of a vitamin/mineral does not mean you will become deficient but by taking vitamins and supplements you can ensure you get the recommended amount each day.

The only reason it wouldn't be a good idea is because alcohol and some vitamins may induce stomach discomfort.
