seems like the fury system is like that for warrior or rogue in wow. i guess i would just stick with a wizard or a barb until i got the hang of shit

Having teleport doesn't give much of an advantage since the loot system is all rounded for mobs (i.e. you won't want to just get to a boss over and over to MF).
