storehouse level 2 1000 timber (partial upgrade, also requires stone)
stronghold level 3 - all excess timber (partial upgrade, carries over to next week)

summary
need 6850 timbers for the basics
everything above that goes toward the 17500 timbers we need for level 3 shitadel

given that we have i think ~20 non-probationary members now, we should at least have 10k spare timber to apply to the level 3 shitadel

oh cool, you cant start your level 3 citadel upgrade until your mining plot is built and woodcutting plot is level 2

lets just have all the extra resources go to waste again
