Making this topic because I feel like this awesome game needs its own little place on here.

Here's a nice little review, even though the guy in the vid gets confused between GW1 and 2 in the beginning. Article is still good though:

Open beta weekend 1 has passed (27-29th of April) for people who pre-purchased the game, there should be one every month until release (which is still unannounced but should be in a few months).

If you decide to prepurchase next Beta weekend starts July 20th, all classes will be playable then.

GW isn't p2p (yipee)
depending on the version you want there are diff prices but starter price is 60 US $ (same as most games)
