5 second blackwall lag spikes while playing solo

45 second blackwall lag spikes while playing with a party

cant leave game, cant leave party, cant log out, cant log in, cant change hero, cant make friend requests

ran fraps to record how shitty the lag spikes were
lag spikes went away
turned off fraps, lag spikes came back

repeated experiment twice, no lag when it was running, lagged when it wasnt

went into d3 options and capped my fps at 80, lag spikes went away

mind is blown

died about 7 times so far from lag spikes, its not cool
