im actually pretty familiar with this scenario due to recent c&d i received from a facebook game i was modding and selling, but im not familiar with how d3 hacks actually work. long story short - you can make and market hacks for games as long as your hack does not redistribute identical or slightly modified original files as this is infringement. If it is a standalone bot that only interfaces with the game, it's fine, but if it takes modifying and redistributing game files in a modified form - game over

I am going to get an extra copy of D3 to put it on one of my throwaway WoW botting accounts.

Too much money in Virtual Currency, any game will be like this from the moment it is announced if people think there will be a market for it.

i wonder how long igg can remain viable if bots become big
i guess it depends on how long the ladder seasons will be

Yeap, I always think about that, but the funniest thing is that you caanot talk about hacks on d2jsp lol and if u use dupe/bot u cannot do somethings on the forum...
