They already nerfed the Azmodan shits, so it's only a matter of time.

They should be patching the chest/goblin farming first imo
You can chest farm with 200 mf piece of cake. Thats more detrimental than exp running

a2 do the khule quest
take ancient way wp
run to right up the hill to checkpoint (start game here)
gob will be in between wp and checkpoint usually 50% or so

a3 do the 2nd siegebreaker quest
take rakkis wp to get tyreal
go keep lvl 1 wp
chest will be on one map 50%
map has a BIG room to right with bridge behind it chest is on bridge
leave game if champ soul rippers show up they suck
