Basically @ joe to but didnt wanna make a second thread

http://www.freep.com/article/20120616/NEWS...der-judge-rules

What a crock of shit, and the only good thing about the trial so far is that:

1. Its at trial already
2. Prosecution rested
3. Should be over next week

I wonder if it even occurs to him how much fucking damage he did to the entire university whether he is found innocent or guilty, it doesnt matter.

who gives a shit what damage he did to the university -- the university did that to itself by not turning him in years ago

has it occurred to him how many kids/families lives he has damaged? who cares about the idea of a university when actual people have been damaged beyond belief

Im not trying to downplay anything that happened to those kids at all. This was more a fuck this guy thread, no matter what happens at trial. Trust me, what he did (whether found guilty or not, imo guilty) is wrong and he is a piece of shit.

i can understand how the university chose to protect its image by not releasing to the media what sandusky did when ginger saw him. but i cant figure out is why they didnt at least ban him immediately from ever coming onto the university grounds again.

"PENN STATE COACH ON TRIAL"

Fucking makes it sound like he still is a coach there, not if it said like "FORMER or EX PENN STATE COACH ON TRIAL"

Also, depending how this defense goes he is probably gonna be screwed, especially with what he said to cunt costas

be mad at ginger all you want, but dont distract from the failure by everyone else involved.
yes, ginger had the most direct roll and could have stopped a single instance. but everyone else was complacent to the overall pattern of behavior and allowed it to continue.

I don't deny that. However if you directly witness a child molestation/rape happen, and decide the right thing to do is LEAVE THE SCENE...

Probably after.

Oh well, new victim means new case can be brought against him. Double jeopardy doth not apply.

from a vengeance standpoint, i understand where youre coming from, but unless you bring back medieval justice, might as well put someone to death. honestly, id like to see them cut off his cock and balls and his hands, see what he does then, but really this is about cutting losses on a person who is so far gone

you cant do the texas justice because the system is flawed. killing one innocent man if not acceptable imo. i agree and disagree.

We don't have the right to say who lives and dies. Death penalty is barbaric and all it is going to do is cost us more money and tax dollars and appeals process. Throw his ass in prison locked away from society and be done with it.

No matter what happens, the victims are never going to be the same. The damage was done and we need to move on from this and hopefully people can learn how to not be retarded at universities.

You are comparing improving of health in medicine to the killing of someone because of their actions in society?

Are you trolling me?

Under our current system, no we do not. Appeals process and court costs it takes for the execution of someone costs us more money because we feed them and have to pay people for all the court costs associated with execution.

lance, you are articulating an advanced thought inside a thread about a child rapist.
i do agree with you though, and its a fact the death penalty costs more than room and board.
now maybe if we stopped throwing drug offenders in prison then our prisons would not be overcrowded and give the appearance that it costs too much.

It is keeping people alive is it not? It is still "playing god" Without human interference thousands more people would die a day.
