With regards to the ticket I opened yesterday. And I quote:

The status of your Customer Support ticket has changed to “Answered.”

What does the “Answered” status mean?
- A ticket in “Answered” status means that a Customer Support representative has provided an answer to your ticket.

I realize you are probably not a legal American citizen so I will try my best to take that into consideration regarding your ignorance and my reply.

Let us first take into consideration what the word "answer" means. Merriam-webster (you do know what a dictionary is right Hippie?) defines answer as "a solution of a problem."

In this instance, the question was raised: "why does my game not work correctly?"
An answer of "because we are too busy" is not acceptable or appropriate response or reply let alone an answer. It is simply an acknowledgement that a question has been raised and a piss poor one at that.

No one is playing a victim or trying to pretend to be one. Stop being a drama queen. A victim would be someone who was "harmed, injured, or killed as a result of a crime, accident, or other event or action." No one was harmed here. If you want to see a victim, tune in to the Sandusky trial.

I got the exact same "answer" for my ticket.
I think they do it just to see who bothers to then say that the ticket still needs sorting out. If even half the people just say "fuck em" and not bother to click the option for still needs sorting out then that is half the work they have to do.

I won't bother to click mine to reopen it.

I had the Error 0 for a RMAH item I put up and so I submitted the ticket because the item was gone and I had no funds, the next day paypal had 2 lots of deposits for the item from blizzard, so yeah I got my money out of them + a little interest.
Was only $3.40
