losing more fat eating cookies and drinking mountain dew than i was eating 200g protein
nothing against the protes, i just think my body was converting lots of it into carbs for energy, and eating 1g/lb lean mass is more realistic than 1-1.2g/lb of body weight
everything went better than expected
