not the 4 team playoff but the 8 team playoff...
when this happens it will most likely be 2 sec teams in the NC every year(as long as they bracket them opposite)...sad but, true. You can argue different but w/e
it will def. weed out the teams who do not deserve to be there. I agree it should have been oregon playing bama this yr since UGA had their chance and lost.


sec deserves 2 teams imo. conference leaders (sec, big10, big12, pac10, acc, big east) and then 2 at large bids. its a perfect situation really.


sad thing is with 4 team playoff (which is approved now) you will still have a few teams with no business being there and a few teams left out due to w/e circumstances


agreed. an 8 team system would work great, would keep 7 bowl games of prominence, and would not extend the season at all
