ducks will be right there in the end, just need to make sure they roll usc for style points

usc+stanford = 2 losses

stanford's starting RB put up numbers in 40 touches and a full game that DAT puts up in 10 touches and a quarter of play

if stanford can tire usc out with that, usc has no shot to keep up with the ducks

stanford isn't going to do anything to us either

ducks are the deepest experienced team in college football this year, scoreboard/numbers don't tell the story at all because we pull our starters at halftime. scrubs better be able to score in the second half, we're giving our second and third and sometimes even fourth stringers vital gametime experience & conditioning while our starters sit rested & fresh for next game

I honestly vouch this. This years Ducks are absolutely smashing in the 1st half, then letting people like DC.net members play the 2nd.

pac-12 is the strongest conference after the SEC this year, will get as little credit as possible for it

the 9 game conference schedule kills us in the standings, we [the pac-12] spend all season beating each other up & makes us look worse as a whole for it

oregon is still #3 in the country & 0 coverage

alabama holding a bad western kentucky team to 0 with their starters all game is somehow more impressive than anything the ducks have done this year i don't fucking understand it. 35-0 is good? maybe for a quarter

The only team that possibly has a chance to beat Alabama is LSU.

I won't even watch the NCG if Oregon makes it, they will get throw around like always when playing against men.

SEC players are bigger, stronger, just as fast, with more depth

Stay high.

i don't know how to respond to this

how delusional can you be?

wisconsin's line was bigger than green bay's last year & that worked out real well for them

LSU got lucky against us, it's not DAT's first game anymore

FSU is a wannabe oregon, they're good but not better

see u in january toots

are half of these to me and half of these to joe or

>rehash same shit
>oregon won the rose bowl last year, has won pac-12 & been to a major bowl game last 3. sounds like competing to me

maybe this was obtuse? i thought it made sense

SEC teams play 8 conference games & ranked SEC teams can lose to other ranked SEC teams & it's ok but the PAC plays an extra conference game that's definitely harder than whatever extra cupcake SEC teams schedule, and losing it hurts them a whole lot more

all i'm saying is it will be alabama/lsu against oregon come january

there may be some homerism but the ducks are a legit threat & you're only foolin yourself if you don't see them coming

Yea, there is really little to hold onto in much of the south but football unfortantely.

Next weekend and nope :(

I don't make enough/airports around here are to expensive for trips like that. I am kind of pissed they lost to Pitt last weekend though

A one loss SEC bama/lsu deserves to get in before Oregon if its to themselves

But USC/Stan will upset again

Does this years Alabama team lose to anyone outside of lsu? Prob not.

Has Oregon beaten an sec team in a bowl?

lol shut the fuck up nick.

Dan has rooted for Penn is whole life and now he can't try and remain a fan of theirs just because of shitty people who were at the university? Get a grip on yourself.

Quit insulting others for the teams they like.

Hurr durr I grew up in the south, let me sit here and argue with my biased opinions all day.

The NC is retarded, the entire college system is retarded. Everything we say is bullshit. If you want to know who the best teams are, you have a playoff and let the team play it out for who is the best. Who fucking cares about conference.

The only played Auburn in the national title game and lost by 3, quit acting like they get waxed like O$U in bowl games. Also 3 pt win is not dominate when you are paying a pro QB to win the game for you.

Quick point of Fact - OSU beat Oregon by a wider margin of victory, and then beat Arkansas the next year in the Sugar Bowl. You can say the win was vacated, bet we all saw the result on the field. Fact of the matter is if Tress had a killer instinct the Arkansas game would never have been close. Pretty sure at one point they were up 21.

Also, I want to see Oregon do something against a living breathing defense. Every time they've been up against an elite one in recent years they've lost.

They have been far and away the most entertaining team to watch this year so far though.
