regular chests or resplendent??

i can't remember a regular chest dropping a rare for me, but i have gotten a few from dem spacial chasts

reg and resp chests drop rares with 5 stacks
bodies/logs/bonepiles/pots etc do as well

I've definitely seen rares drop from bodies/weapon racks with 5 stacks

a dude got a legendary from a torture tools rack outside the butcher's room in a game i was in

confirming meni rares from chests/racks/breakables with 5 stacks
also, just had legendary bracers drop from an armor rack, but they sucked and were lvl 59

I must have missed them adding this. Last thing I heard involving environment loot was that it was removed/nerfed.
