Select the last quest in Act 2. When you enter the game do not advance further into the city. Teleport back to town, and go to Desolate Sands.

Find Vault of the Assassin, you will receive a checkpoint. Now when you leave game and resume, you will always start here.

Clear Vault of the Assassin.

After you have cleared the Vault, head back to town and clear the following:

Sewers of Caldeum

Black Canyon Mines

Road to Alcarnus

Path to Draugar(sp?) --> Enter the Ruined Cistern right next to the WP.

i dont get the road to alcarnus wp. its a small section, only place to go is either alcarnus or back to the stinging winds which is right after the black canyon mines. so if going back why not just full clear black canyon mines -> stinging winds -> road to alcarnus -> alcarnus ?

People do it for the high % chance to get a gobo.

Also this was p much what I did on my Monk for ages until I could do A3 farming. Now I select last part of seigebreaker, get 5 stacked by doing the levels underneath the fortress, then run the bridge on seigebreaker, and progress down until I kill Azmodan.

I tend to get bored though and usually don't finish the run. I need to get some boots with fr/w, and a little more damage (42k dps) I think and that will speed up the runs.

ohh, i dont get gobos. its like in rs when people think their account has been flagged to never get a claw drop, i never get gobos.

i do a2 backwards...always do vault with 5 stacks
get vault cp so you start game there and tp to town from outside vault
go sewer and look for a pack righ by wp if none wp to....
mines, 1-2 packs usually + a worm cave in a dungeon to the left (3-5 packs) sometimes...
wp to road and get the 1-3 packs in alcarnus....
wp to dahlgur or w/e and finish getting stacks...
if you still need a stack wp to sands and walk to vault since you know where it is, if not take tp right to vault and get the 5-10 packs there
