Game has a 100% Casual Friday mode for guys like us with real life job/commitments

Can see all of the raiding content at 100% leisure

And by "all", I mean the fights, not the hard mode mechanics, etc. But lore wise.

You don't do quests with them, you travel around Pandaria examining and finding different things (they give achievements), which all relate to Lore, and you can only earn reputation with them in that manner.
