have not played in a few days, but 35 or so ranger. 100% glass canon, but then again i didnt build for hc. i think now that ive got a feel for it ill remake a hc char.

lance, i notice i swing and miss a lot. i know there is a passive to always hit, never crit.
my question is once i level more, how common is it to see %chance to hit mods? aka will it always be a concern or will items eventually start to cover many of the early game deficiencies?

You pretty much take Resolute Technique in almost any Melee build unless you are a crit spec.

The only way you can get your accuracy at 90% at higher levels is to have a lot of dex and maybe a few accuracy passives. So it's way better to just spec Resolute and always hit.

yeah he isn't that bad, you just have to make sure you don't get hit by his lightning fist attack similar to Vaal Smash. And just stay on him in the circle on the 2nd fight.

The monkey guy is somewhere in the sceptre of god. He uses multiple lightning traps and they basically explode the entire screen of the room. And they instantly detonate when he casts them.

I just can't do Dominus because my computer locks up on it.

He's a ferocious little fucker.
