Chris said they're not doing an open beta. The closest possibility is a buy-in option like the original closed beta, but they're unsure if they want to go that route.

Yeah. Be prepared for a lot of changes to act 1-3 and for act 4 to be incomplete, but when it is it will be longer than 1-3 combined.
