Trying to get KAP and M8 to Prestige 2 with all attachments during this double gun xp thingy.

Got some sweet plays tonight in search. Quick 5:30 win where I join a few seconds late, have no idea what the shit my team mates are doing, end up acing the first round (5 dudes). Went 12-0, shame no Lightning Strike or HKD kills. It's in my theater if you care. Also got a 1v3 clutch with Kap 40, just goes to show how powerful that thing is.

triple kill for RPG has been giving me trouble, waiting for domination on grind and going for B flag but my whole team camps B anyway so it's tough

I got it on gw raid b flag.

Still gold division top dog by over 1k points, kinda want to be in platinum already. I tried playing anchor last week with FAL and M8 but it's not really my thing. I don't have that great of a long distance shot and we usually end up winning more games when I'm just playing aggressive with an SMG.

Recently been using PDW with grip and quickdraw. Supposedly grip doesn't do much but I think it reduces the horizontal recoil on PDW quite a bit. The 50 round clip is nice in hardpoint and it really can't hurt in other game modes either. Plus I like the sights a lot more compared to MSMC. Rest of the SMGs are kinda useless in league. I guess skorpion could work but I hate that gun.

I was just thinking that I wouldn't probably even play this game any more if it weren't for league. Brings a whole new perspective to the game when you're actually playing against competition and not just some random quickscope/shotgun baddies. Occasional pub S&D can be fun if I'm not playing solo, but other than that I haven't played a lot of pubs. Might get my Kap golden some day, donno.

Oh and still going for that Sticks and Stones title, ~30/50 right now.

how long does it take you to prestige? im prestige 9 level 50 and it seems like it takes 6-7 games to get just 1 level

Maybe like a week or so, league gives you guaranteed 7.5k xp for loss and 10k for win. But yeah, 50+ levels are kinda slow.

In addition to other medals you earn? Do you need a team to play?

It's usually like 45-55 that makes me want to drag my face on cement.

I don't think medals or kills matter at all, it's just 7.5k for loss and 10k for win. So it could mean you have a nice, fun game and get 10k, or your team quits on you and you scratch your balls for <10 minutes and get 7.5k. You don't need a team to play but it always helps. And I think 45 to prestige is pretty much as long as like 1-40 or something.

oh ok, cuz i go many games where i only get like 2-3k

just tried a couple games, went 17-4 on TDM overflow sniping and had a 14 killstreak

No problem, I've never actually tried the TDM series in league, always played champions series. But just do what works for you and it seems like TDM works for you just fine.

I love hard point so I may try that, I was just in a hurry and only got a couple games in, still need a few preliminary games

I really wish there was an explanation on how you go up in divisions. I got to gold #8 from silver #1 after a nice win streak with about 4500 points or something. Now I've been gold #1 from like 5000 points on and now have almost 7.5k iirc. Had some nice win streaks as well and close to 100 wins for the season.

You don't go up divisions in between seasons, I'm pretty sure.

Scott do you get 'unable to join game in session' a lot? My friend and I get that all the time, takes like 10 mins to get a fucking party up.

upd8: diamond snipers

I was working on diamond launchers but damn that sucks. I rarely see an agr and when I do its gone because of emp grenades.

the emp grenade doesn't destroy the AGR, it stuns it temporarily. 1 c4 will destroy it though

MP7 is pretty nice in league, I mean MSMC is good damage and range-wise but I hate the iron sights and the poor hip fire. MP7 has the best SMG iron sights imo, recoil is not an issue, fire rate is great, hip fire is nice, clip size is good and reloading is fast. Plus it looks great with Diamond camo. No idea why more people don't use it.

Norse tries to play anchor pt. 2: dropped two 50-bombs in Slums HP today in league so I must be doing something right. Using AN with the holy trinity of primary gunfighter: reflex, quickdraw and stock. Of course with the Cherry camo. Definitely challenging and interesting to switch up to an AR.

Finished last season just shy of 10k points and gold #1. Hoping to get at least gold in next placement matches. Will play a lot regardless of division though.

Awaiting placement, won like 1 or 2, went positive in most games, got a bunch of kills on a hardpoint match and got wrecked in one hardpoint match. It's pretty dumb that they'll throw you in a division for a month based on five random games, considering I could be playing many hundreds of games in a month. Just waiting for the plastic division badge...

Leaague play acting all crazy on me, gives me all kinds of errors during loading, now it just froze my PS3. Also there were like 600 dudes online in league at one point so it might not be just me.

Apparently you get a ghost camo if you pre-order the now CoD through gamestop(?). Will proal wait to see some actual footage of the game before pre-ordering though. Most interested in if there is going to be some sort of league play equivalent in it. They'd be pretty retarded if they didn't include a competitive game mode now that it has truly gotten a lot of attention.

Gold rank division 60, what does that mean

You're rank 60 in your sub-division in gold division, which is the third best division. You'll get/lose points based on your performance and if you go on a nice enough tear when you're rank 1, you can get to the next division.

I'm also about rank 60 in gold, it will change a lot now that everyone has a small amount of points. Decided to use nothing but ARs, and specifically M8 and AN. I like playing defensive, hardpoint can be a bit tricky though.
