I'm really enjoying this show a lot more than I thought I would.

It's IMDB rating is almost unheard of with a 9/10.

im just on a personal boycott from when they tried to fuck their customer base by splitting the streaming and renting. they lost something like 600k users, myself included. i guess since there will not be any real competition to netflix i should just put my tail between my legs and give them my money again...

just watched first ep of season 2, holy fuck frank is insane, didn't expect zoe to die just like that

e. also, the last shot of the 1st episode of the cufflinks meechum gave him was p funny, F U for Frank Underwood but i took it as "fuck you" after that badass 'hunt or be hunted' quote

Why does it seem so easy for Frank to just step up and become president after Walker's resignation? I feel like the special prosecutor/money laundering investigation isn't going anywhere. It seems that if Walker "knew" about the situation it would be obvious that Frank knew as well, especially since they know he sent Doug to the casino etc.

walker resigned before the impeachment trial went to the senate which is what they were after; frank got most of the house on his side to vote for it. im sure more of it will unfold in season 3, but when the president resigns the VP assumes office unless otherwise proven guilty (in this case walker didn't let that happen by resigning first)
