really......you have never read dune...I read it in like 4th grade after seeing the movie

good story, great universe though. the end is a bit "here you go, everything comes to conclusion all at once". actually, the entire 3rd section is just a huge ending scenario.
reading the appendix now, will report back

6 book series by frank complete
to much philosophy packed into this series, i feel like it would take at least another reread to really grasp all the nuances.
think ill take a break from dune before trying out the sons work
