113/117 is just nutty. oppressive. ambient heat from pavement and buildings is real and basically no reason to want to be outside. like being blasted by a furnace.
and then today, about 4pm, the heat dome breaks and we are like 50 degrees lower by nights end. ive never had 85 feel so comfortable.
