it's a pretty small project, just writing about this neuropsychologist alexander luria, his life and work and significance to psychology and other fields, contextualizing it in the pretty harsh scientific atmosphere of russia and soviet union
main focus on neuropsychological theories, diagnostics and rehabilitation, maybe some case studies and his works on aphasia

last night was p weird
the competition and afterparty was great, freshmen gave 100%
some drunk girls of ours openly said that they'd fuck me if they broke up with their bf's and having a bf doesn't seem to stop anyone from flirting around here
got home at around 5 am, this super drunk freshman girl (who also has a bf) called me and asked if she could come over
she was at some weird ass dude's hotel room and after calling back and forth for like 30 mins i decided to pick her up from outside the hotel
got her to her place, had some tea and tried to make sure she didn't die
it was kinda obvious that i could have spent the night there, but glad i woke up in my own bed alone this time
also apparently a bunch of the freshmen think i'm hot/cute or something
it's kinda weird being the only male tutor in a field with about 90% women

92 year old grandma fell yesterday. broke her humerus cleanly from the ball in the shoulder socket. proal needs a shoulder replacement. doctor does clearly work till tuesday to get parts flew in for wednesday surgery. she may never fully recover at 92.
