No, I don't have the only symptom.

go fuck her again and make sure everyone she was telling these lies knows you did (if she fucked you obv you have nothing)
just ignore it aand if asked say shes a nutjob and pissed b/c you turned her down

If you did give it to her, at least you've given it to plenty more! And don't forget that it was some "best friend drunk one night stand with a slut" that gave it to you. Use those words in your explanation.
