Well...

It clearly seems that she wants her own space, but it's weird that she is going to be living with guys.

Ask her what her needs are, her expectations with your relationship, etc. Keep dialogue open and ask her.

At least you only have to worry about one of the males, unless she thinks she can turn the gaydar straight.
