112 ee 55 fire
Plan on sitting at 70 for a tad to well/mute a little. So need to be able to kill wells :S
Using 29 int weap, 30 int armor
If 2nd will be better, i better sell some shit to buy it kek.
atm I kill wells if i'm lucky, i'm hoping that'll improve once i level.

use the one you have for a while
if you find you cant kill wells at that level, then you need to get a new charm

30 was highest ammount of int at mp, and that was cheapest, so t4t imo
