I bought it a loooong time ago, gone asked me to borrow it, and told me that it might be actually worth something because something on it can't spawn anymore?

Not bad, nothing exceptional though. There isn't enough MPK to cast at level 0 without regens

Above 30 lpk/mpk rarely spawns on level 0 items, above 40 very very rarely spawns. Those stats, of course, are for a tier 3 robe, this is tier 1, so 1-2 less defense but no other effect on the item.

If you decide to sell it let me know (via jsp ofc - no trading on dc.net), I could use something like this as I have a mpk weapon already.

Hmm ok, yeah Gone told me that I think....50+ lpk doesn't spawn anymore or something.

I am not sure if there is a technical cap in place, I have seen items with mods up to six tiers higher that have dropped this season, but every tier above the item's tier is increasingly unlikely.
