actually gonna practice rocket jumping on best in class

but gn8 nonetheless

its randomly crashing upon map changes every once in a while
troubleshooting tomorrow or wednesday
need to find out from mac why we have sourcemod and if its needed, since darkstar says the mods are interfering with each other, and now that we know its map changes that are crashing the server, it makes a lot of sense that that is the issue

source mod and metamod (?) are for running hlstats plugin. I can ask them about beetles mod, but their faq's were all about source mod and meta mod.

also, I restarted the server, was back up in 5 minutes.

n1 rocket jumper here with your advice, soup

sup, learned how to get over big wall

sorta learned how to scale a wall (but not change direction)

totally clueless on jumping large pits or jumping far horizontal period

walk backwards toward the pit to jump over
jump still holding the back arrow, wait a bit longer than normal before shooting a rocket forward at your feet
etc

its all in the direction of the rocket and the time you take in between the jump and the shot
