There is a fellow on my friend list that always tries to join the server when he sees I am playing. He lives in Florida and can connect to any other servers with no issues. However, when he joins the DC server his ping spikes over 250 constantly and he gets the boot. Any ideas on what is going on here?

also, server seems to be 24/24 fairly often now
has there been any thoughts on the upgrade back to 32 people?

doing that makes us go custom tab, which may be a bad thing

bit more for people to add us to favorites list me thinks

god forbid something changes and the server is no longer publicly viewable again

if he can play with the high ping, if he signs up here we can exclude him from being kicked due to high ping i believe

@the part about where the server is frequently 24/24, you can send me or anyone whos in game a steam message to open a slot for you
@people who are opening slots, type @kick playername reservedslots
to kick the person
try to kick someone with a low score whos name you havent seen on the server before, and make sure to include that second parameter (reservedslots), as its a reason for kicking, so the person kicked will see

Kicked by console: You have been kicked for reservedslots

so they know they were kicked for some best friend issue
also, the playername doesnt have to be the complete name, the first 3 or 4 letters will do

should have a sticky for oft used commands
