lotto thing isnt a bug, its just seemingly best friend whether you win more tokens to continue, and theres also quests/daily quest/best friend shit that gives you tokens to do more lotto

im upgrading the rest of my resource nodes today
planning on successfully attacking the level 2 forest adjacent to my city and expanding into a second city tonight

still lots of nodes to get to at least level 4 first though, and my population needs to expand
