im actually satisfied with going 2-1 today, gn8

lost a game with renekton earlier, was top vs laning xinzhao who had lots of fiddlestix jungle support

next game, the singed dog vs irelia (definitely should not have won this matchup, she counter picked me)

i need to learn how to turn early game lane dominance into a crushing midgame like the pros do, played too many games where we win all or 2/3 lanes, then the enemy hangs around and destroys us at 40 minutes

im down to 3-6 with renekton top, maybe i should just play singed/teemo instead

i didnt know what role i had to play, ran out of time on pick for mid vs akali so picked zed, rest of team didnt know what they were doing either, very unorganized
this game is going to be eventful

akali is running revive/clarity

akali left at level 1, yet enemy team was competitive and we finished the game 26/23 on kills

lee sin lost top to rumble, ashe and lulu went combined 3/10 against solo vayne with fiddle jung support, i was mid vs taric which was basically me vs creeps/tower

this has more to do with an entire team knowing what to do during mid game than just 1 out of 5

the difference in skill brackets largely equates to more people on a team knowing what to do after laning phase; how to take advantage of pushing towers, thus securing more global objectives (drag/baron)

its really hard to get a random group to listen to ping commands

ie - your team kills 1-2 opposing enemies for nobody, 2 people try to push a tower while 2 try to go to dragon and another goes to base to buy items

when everyone should most likely rush a tower if you have the minions and quick fall back for a dragon kill while they are respawning and then everyone goes to take advantage of their gold and recalls for health+items

yes, i realize people do worthless shit after a fight when they should be setting up for the next fight

like we just pushed the enemy team into their base from all 3 lanes, oh our adc respawned and is killing bottom golems instead of reforming to kill an inhibitor

thats enraging too, the one guy who survives the fight jungles for a while, then once everyone is back respawned and at mid river, he needs to recall and buy items with gold from the last fight (then team engages without him obligatory)

another loss as leona, 2 people argued over who would jungle the entire team select, one ends up as awful adc

the one who did get to jungle was awful too (enemy team jungler and mid converged to dive double kill me and ashe bottom, our jungler was killing wolfs and our mid was autoattacking creeps while this was happening)

then we got snowballed extremely hard by caitlyn/alistar and tf and nocturne focused on ganking khasix top

but we won off a lot of mid game teamfight advantages (hit all 5 people with leona ult on one, that was a 4 for 0)

top irelia dies first blood to AD master yi, then hecarim tries to tower dive yi and dies to give him a first blood double kill and both jungle buffs

mid loses and snowballs akali, and another game where the adc doesnt know how to last hit

every single time ever against a yi or akali, i always lose, its always always the same

and im not sure what it means, but ive been first pick in each of my last 5 games

duo queued with a guy i played with before. leona and mf against vayne and mundo (wat) bottom

we were losing lane due to matchup, jungle wasnt helping, but eventually they did, allied ryze got legendary, etc, we won, back to 81 LP

i think its still elo, but does that mean im higher than others in my league? or that its picking my games with lower skilled players

i think you can play against people from higher divisions if your hidden match making is higher

but idk

maybe you are being paired with less skilled players in your division

akali did snowball karthus, but xinzhao got a triple kill off bot lane/jungle
midgame was no problem as the singed dog

17/3/13 draven 30 min win

lulu and i both died to a cait/thresh lane

our nautilus jungle helped us out and i got to 3-1

after that, i started calling plays in the nicest way that i could, used "congrats" and "great job" alot, they let me call all of our plays (pings, "lets all go back and buy, group up, push an inhib and do baron", etc)

amazing how well a game can go when you are mr nice guy

no matter how good i think that i am, regardless of the level of competition i am facing (assuming 1 person on their team is my skill level, and we are the 2 best in the game), i still need my team mates to perform their best for all of us to win together

what else besides flash are you running on singed?

ghost/teleport is the usual combo for him, ghost's length allows him to run extra fast for super long paired with or before/after his ultimate to get super amounts of mobility, flash has been considered a weaker spell on him

i've never tried running flash on him so i was wondering what your thoughts were regarding the choice (assuming you ran flash/port)

thats a loss, gragas and gangplank were some sort of hyper-moonspeak people, i have no idea the language they were speaking, it had numbers in the center of words, and it looked like almost-english words written backwards with numbers inside

neither had any team awareness except for with each other, maybe they were duo queue

so gl with 2 wins in a row for promotion

googling "language with numbers in words" revealed it could have been arabic

i think ive also lost every game against a hecarim

played mid yi next game, 191 cs (special shout out to their midalee pick for letting me farm so hard) in 22 minutes, 4/0/6, surrender win

also had a khazix top that did well against a vi

oh yeah, we won with jungle annie

their jungle / supp / adc all dived our varus/sona bottom lane, sona got a triple kill, they got our adc, she warded like a bauss
