back on topic, this game is confusing and hard

when you die, you restart at the beginning of the level, all enemies respawn, you lose all your money and exp (the same currency), and you reclaim it if you make it back to your body (if you die again before getting your body, you lose all of it permanently)

are you actually saying that the console market is better than pc gaming market? price of half a decent computer, games are the same price, and you have to pay for a separate internet (this is where my original complaint stemmed from in the first place). i would rather choose my computer and then choose my game and play over the internet (which i already have so i can watch porn and download stolen music) as opposed to choosing my game and being told "here is the mini-computer and the special network you must pay for if you want to play this game since its exclusive to this console".

yes i think console games should be cheaper, thats why i dont pay $60 retail for brand new games

as much as i would like to support the devs directly, im a gamestop shopper because im not paying $60 for a game that is over in a few sittings with no replayability

and the majority of games are not exclusive, thats why the no gaems meme even exists in the first place

the cell phone market needs to change too, should be more like europe. id rather pay $300 for a phone and have a plan that is dirt cheap. basically these companies have figured out how much we are willing to spend on a service per month and built models that place the price points right there. internet fees are the same, cable the same. have you ever noticed how all of these will basically have a basic and intermediate cost of about $50-$75? consumers deem this an acceptable number.

id much rather buy a phone for what fair market value is and then get a plan for fair market value. not have the 2 intertwined. there is nothing in the current model that benefits the consumer outside of we only have one choice to make (phone type leads to company you must go to).

You guys are out of your fucking mind. The real reason why phone companies are so fucked up is because they use to be a monopoly for purpose and regulated by the government to just have one company maintain the market to try and protect the resources. Now that we are seeing more and more phone companies. Companies aren't going to tell people their product is good and why it is good. Americans are to fucking dumb and you can manipulate any view they have.

Basically they are better off by seeing which one of them can give them the "coolest" image because truth be told, all the fucking companies are fucking terrible.

It's not about how they are selling their products. The phone market is like the Car market. Oligopoly. You have like 3-5 main guys and the way price is determined throughout the market, is that one of them starts offering a price, and the others follow and try to make a ploy and advertise that.

You really can't fix this shit. Because the government controlled this shit in the beginning and never allowed the market to develop, so you have people with a huge stranglehold on the market. And if these dumb ass companies ever run into trouble, the government will fucking bet there to bail them out. When they should just let them fucking fail and let some other entrepreneur douche bag come along and try to start something up. That is the fucking purpose and the biggest thing for capitalistic systems to work. You have to have people putting the risk out there. That doesn't fucking happen when the government takes that away.

And as you can tell by my thoughts, I don't care for socialism. I stated countless times that we already live in a fucked up world where our government intervenes all the time.

I got out of hand. I'm just tired of people like evan or anyone else who sit here and cry about Socialism when they are living in a place where Socialism is really already in practice.

They probably backed the auto industry because they are afraid of American Car companies losing their power in that industry worldwide. Because most republicans have this warped view that our problem is that we aren't producing our own shit anymore.

But if they had a brain they realize if we went back to the way we operated 20 years ago, our standard of living would go down. If we wanted to make it even and not spend more than we make, the best possible thing to would to become energy independent and it would drastically reduce our spending.

Our economy has switched and still is switching to a service/media/technology based means of production. And what most people don't realized, is that has raised our standard of living. If we went back, it would go down. So the real problem solver is finding a way to create more jobs with our new job market and become energy independent.
