just finished the campaign, donno what vogan was complaining about, well worthy of the starcraft name

definitely lived up to my expectations

i said that campaign story feels unfinished

campaign by itself is very nice: played it twice already

but since you saying that there will be zerg and protos part of the story, i'm happy with it

just played a 50 minute 1v1 against a zerg faggot with amazing micro, his macro sucked ass so i stayed alive for such a long time, but he eventually killt me

just hanging on to my silghtly above 50% win/loss rate

just played 2 toss vs toss matches, both opponents "slightly favored", they both went 4gate, crushed them both easypie

went on a 3 game losing streak to start today, 2 zealot rushes and 1 zergling rush, i need to build my front better and get more units out at the start so i dont crumble whenever someone brings the early aggression

won a pretty long turtle match vs a terran, terran armies near max supply are very scary

i kept him onto 2 bases while i had 4, i couldnt macro all the bases well enough and he was nuking some of them, so i ended up having a huge mineral excess which i just pumped into zealots

3 game winning streak to start today, just got my 25 protoss 1v1 wins achievement, unlocked stalker profile pic

two seperate random words that make up division names, theres 100 people per division, so there needs to be enough different divisions to make up the entire league

just placed gold in 2v2 (random partner matchmaking)

played a random matchmaking 4v4, i pretty much killed the entire other team myself whilst one guy on the other team nuked all my teammates

3/3 upgraded stim/combatshield/concussive marines and marauders with medivac support = rape

another mvp game, although not as dominant this game because the enemies were better

earned Team Random 10 (10 team league wins with random), which came with the overlord portrait

2 more placement matches to go, but i have class

this match took significantly longer to queue for, its trying to find higher rated random 4v4 players, which i dont think there are any of, anyway, another whomping, this time with better teammates/better enemies

and done with those placements, sadly, i didnt top dog the final game, i lost all my gateways in the initial enemy attack, so my teamm8 zerg got the top gun score

just finished my 3v3 random team placements, 4 wins, fifth game i got lol photon cannon rushed, told my two idiot allies to leave it since i already had an expansion building, but they both had the idea to go attack the cannons with their handful of light units, retards

between campaign, league games, custom games, achievements, portraits, theres a lot to do in this game than just play starcraft

played a shitload of team matches today with scott, pinball, pinballs friend

i think i played for about 7 hours

got my Team Zerg 10, Team Protoss 10, Team Random 25 achievements, up to 17 missions done on brutal, stuck on the final zeratul mission (kill 2500 zerg as the last protoss) and the hijacking the odin mission

Rawr, I'm now on final zeratul mission on brutal as well, I'll let you know if I figure it out.

stopped @ 850 kills cuz wasn't going to beat it, I think best way to do this would fall back to middle and defend, lost a lot of stuff cuz kept trying to be everywhere at once / have multiple defenses

it'd be so easy if you could make sentrys, need mass collosus to take care of lings and then mass immortals/phoenix's to deal with the hybrids

/edit: Tried psi storm to rape lings but they micro out of it

strategy, get about 20 colossus to deal with all the ground forces, constantly rebuild cannons around your perimeter
once urun comes out, keep his phoenix group reinforced to about 20 as well, the mutalisks and brood lords come at different intervals as ground, so keep them flying around to the air waves as they come. its important to keep cannons up at the perimeter so the mutas shoot at them instead of killing your phoenixes. when theres no current air threat, send the phoenixes to your ground troops and use graviton lift on some of the hybrids each wave, so they are disabled and can be shot at by the rest of your phoenixes, then when the time they land, your colossus can take them out
try to keep zeratul and a handful of immortals/zealots (dont build more zealots, but youll get more as reinforcements with the heros) in front of your colossus, as well as cannons, to absorb damage so your colossus arent getting killed
when the archive goes down, about 1 minute later is the 3-sides attack where you should retreat to the small middle circular high ground jutting out of your base, camp there until artanis comes out

and make sure to get 3/3/3 upgrades on air and ground

now i have scv reactor and tech reactor for the odin mission, that should be easier than before

i died at 2058 and the research in the middle was the last thing I had left lol, I was building cannons around that and had my collosus behind it, I was slacking in upgrades though and I did produce a lot more probes but I think i may have needed even more.

i think i built a full queue of probes from each nexus twice or 3 times

just beat engine of destruction too, the science vessel mech repair helps for when theres tanks, and as long as you have air units to give tychus vision of the tanks, he will take them out. also, dont rush through to wipe out the bases, once the units are dead, just stick an scv or two on the odin and let tychus kill the rest of the base, that buys you more time to build units (i think, but maybe his break times are longer if you kill quicker )

campaign done on brutal, wow is the last mission a crazy one
