The more people who play Path of Exile, the more likely the devs are to cater to the retarded playerbase that comes.

A big part of PoE has been it's somewhat dedicated community and good communication with the Devs.

But with the free to play model, it's inevitable the playerbase will become people who can't make their way out of a paper bag and want everything handed to them.

The passive tree and gem mechanics get pretty fun and complex which is a great part of the game. Almost every player has a unique skill tree. Barring people who follow a top players build to the letter.

what is mythic ?

you could raid "HEROIC" - i.e. the hardcore guilds as 10 or 25 right now

they are making it so it will only be one option, available to only 20 player raids

they've renamed the types of difficulties

they resized the "HEROIC" content tier so that guilds competing will all be on one level

the way it is split up right now, everyone "hardcore" argues over what is more important, 10 or 25 man heroic.

it is simply going to be "20 man mythic" and no arguments will be set about over who got what killed first
