To help me express my ideas i've taken a screenshot of the current forums so i can reference to them:

I want 2 new forums added for Counter Strike: Source and Runescape, Ladder Slasher would be nice too since alot of guildies play those 3 games. The possible choices are Renaming the forum tag "Diablo II" to "Online Games" or something like that and adding CS:S, Runescape, and Ladder Slasher in as forums. OR, you can make a whole new forum tag labeled "Other Games and Consoles" and add those games in as forums.

Under the "Off-Topic" forum tag, I suggest that the following forums be added: "Water Cooler" for posting just funnies and related, "Post Whorage" for whoring. General Chat can be kept, as can Graphic Design and the Battlegrounds (strictly for flaming and fighting). Also at the bottom of "Off-Topic" a forum called "Suggestions and Feedback" should be made. That's just some personal recommendations.

Off topic will tend to get spammy, so I don't think it's the best place for suggestions. I think suggestions are fine where they are now.

As for those other crappy games, I'd say adding a lone subforum for them under General Chat would work.

Having too many forums with too few members tends to ruin forums.

the water cooler would be nice for people to post generally fun videos and pictures, they dont really fit in general chat that well

How do they not "fit" in General Chat? General Chat is for... general chat.
