I don't know if anyone here goes to or has ever been to LUElinks, but what they have there is a "Caldor Rule". However there, it's impossible to get a new account -- anyways, the Caldor Rule states that if a member of the forum states that they are going to do something, they must do it within 1 week, or they get banned (loser'd in this case).

I.E. On LUElinks: "If this topic reaches 1,000 posts, I'll jack off in my own cup and drink out, and video tape it for you guys!"

The topic reached 1k posts, he was obligated to do it (and he actually did, I didn't watch the vid btw).
